Post Adoption Resource Centers are community based and here to support you through the life long rewarding journey of adoption. Orchards PARC Regions 7 and 8 are contracted to provide services for the State of Michigan Department of Health and Human Services adoptive families residing in Macomb, Oakland and Wayne Counties.
PARC services are geared towards the individual families and are designed to be as intense as the family needs. The Post Adoption Resource Centers provide a wide range of services that fall in line with the categories of Case Management, Coordination of Services, Information Dissemination and Adoptive Parent Support
Eligibility – Youth twenty-one years of age and younger, who were adopted from Michigan’s foster care system or who were adopted in Michigan through an international adoption or a direct consent/direct placement adoption and children who were placed in guardianship through Michigan’s foster care system that are eligible for guardianship assistance through the DHHS adoption subsidy office.
