DESCRIPTION:Until July 9\, 2026\, during park hours\, guests can step into an immersive journey inspired by the six Atikamekw seasons\, where light\, sound and storytelling come together to create a calming space to pause and enjoy the beautiful outdoor setting.\nGuests are also invited to experience the installation from Lumen Detroit’s patio\, open dining room or green roof while enjoying delicious food\, curated cocktails and mocktails.\n\n\nCreated by Indigenous artists Julie-Christina Picher and Dave Jenniss\, Weci | Koninut is an interactive installation that creates an evocative space that encourages visitors to explore their own dreams and inner reflections.\n\nComposed of six giant dream catchers\, Weci | Koninut embodies the wisdom of the ancestors and deep respect for our environment. Each season—from Pitcipipon\, the Pre-Winter\, to Takwakin\, the Autumn—creates a vibrant\, immersive setting with its own unique interplay of light and sound.
