DESCRIPTION:Let’s explore together! Preschool Nature Explorers is a nature program for preschool-aged children (accompanied by an adult). The first Thursday of each month we will learn about a different nature topic through stories\, outdoor exploration\, and activities or crafts – and we may get messy! – so please dress accordingly. \nWhat to Expect:\nPrograms will be held indoors and outside\, weather permitting. The planned path surface is dirt\, gravel\, grass\, or off trail into the woods. The planned path grade is frequently rolling or slightly hilly and includes some bridges and boardwalks. \nAges: Children 3 – 6. Children must be accompanied by a registered adult.\nTime: 10 a.m. – 11 a.m.\nCost: $3 per child\, adults are Free!\nLocation: Indian Springs Metropark\, Environmental Discovery Center \nPre-registration is required by 4 p.m. the day before the program\, call 248-625-7280.
