Create your own colorful creation at the Library’s annual Tie-Dye Party! Each participant will be provided one bandana to tie-dye. Those feeling extra groovy have the option to bring along a plain white, cotton t-shirt or other similar item to dye as well – just be sure to pre-wash! This program is ideal for those ages 7-14, but older and younger siblings and friends are always welcome to join in on the fun! The Tie-Dye Party is free and open to the public with prior registration required. As tie-dying is often quite messy, participants are strongly encouraged to bring along an apron, smock, or wear clothes they wouldn’t mind getting dirty. Those 13 and younger must be accompanied by an adult for the entire duration of the program.
