Sound & Snuggles

The coziest kick-off to fall returns. The evening opens with gentle breathing and stretching, followed by an outdoor sound bath, then cow cuddles and a picnic on the lawn. Charcuterie boxes, cider mill donuts, fall sangria, wine and warm cider are served, and yoga blankets are provided. Back by popular demand after last year’s sold-out gathering.
