Howl-O-Ween Costume Contest at Grand Circus Park

FreeAt the 11th Annual Grand Circus Dog Park Howl-O-Ween Costume Party, owners are encouraged to dress their pup up for a chance to win a prize. There will also be Halloween-themed games and gifts for dogs, as well as Pup’kin Spiced Lattes for the pups and cider for the parents.
